Dietary management of colic and constipation - Cow & Gate comfort


Cow & Gate comfort is a food for special medical purposes (FSMP), for the dietary management of colic and constipation.

It is suitable as a sole source of nutrition from birth and as part of a weaning diet from 6 months through to 1 year.

This special formulation is shown to help reduce crying episodes associated with colic and improve stool consistency and increase frequency 1,2,3.

Contains prebiotic GOS/FOS and a structured vegetable fat, helping to produce softer stools1,4.

Has reduced lactose and contains partially hydrolysed whey to aid digestion.

Thicker formula so babies gulp in less air, which helps reduce regurgitation3.
