Cow & Gate nutriprem 2 - post discharge formula
Cow & Gate nutriprem 2 is a post discharge formula specially developed to meet the increased nutritional needs of preterm and low birthweight infants prior to and after hospital discharge.

It is prescribable and has higher levels of nutrients than standard infant milks, to enable optimum catch-up growth and development for preterm infants. Infants fed a nutrient-enriched preterm formula post discharge to 6 months corrected age are shown to have increased protein, calcium and phosphorus intake, and an increase in weight gain compared to infants fed a standard infant formula4-6.

Contains prebiotic GOS/FOS, LCPs, nucleotides, vitamins and minerals.

Available in ready-to-feed liquid formats, helping to reduce the risks associated with preparing powdered formula feeds in this vulnerable group.

Suitable up to 6 months corrected age.

Available in: 90ml ready-to-feed bottle for hospital use, in 200ml ready-to-feed Tetrapak and 900g EaZypack on prescription in the community.
