8 out of 10 toddlers aren’t meeting the recommended daily intake of IRON!

Did you know that toddlers are recommended to have 6.9mg of iron a day? Iron is important for brain development, and the brain continues to develop rapidly between 1 and 3 years of age. But the recommended toddler iron intake can be hard to reach, even with a varied diet.
